S.E.E.D.S. of Life
Achieving and maintaining good general health and well-being, as
well as preventing disease requires work and commitment very much like
the care we must give the seeds we plant in the ground. If a farmer
plants his seeds properly and takes care of them consistently with water

These are the S.E.E.D.S. of life. I believe that there are three
pillars of health in which we can apply all these seeds to achieve our
health goals. They are CLEANSING, BURNING/BALANCING AND BUILDING.
CLEANSING:
The first step to general health Is to cleanse and prepare the body
for balancing and building
SLEEP: Too little or too much can inhibit all processes
of the body. Growth hormone is produced optimally during the deepest
sleep.
EAT: High fiber, low-fat diet
EXERCISE: Increases cardiovascular strength and
endurance> Increases thermogenesis, decreases bowel transit time, burns
fat, and strengthens the structural system.
DRINK: Water washes the blood and digestive tract and
re-hydrates cells
SUPPLEMENT: Cleanse the digestive tract with fiber,
senna and other herbs. Eliminate parasites, yeast and other fungi.
Replenish your own supply of good bacteria to enhance digestion and
immune system
BURNING/BALANCING:
It only takes one unbalanced system in the body to prevent the rest
of the body from functioning properly. Excess weight throws the whole
body off balance. Once the body is cleansed, it is better prepared to
shed those excess pounds.
SLEEP: Inadequate sleep prevents fat loss due to stress
EAT: High fiber, low-fat, balanced and consistent diet
