Natural Treatment of Chronic Fatigue
and Fibromyalgia
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia are considered to be
difficult to diagnose because of the vagueness and variety of symptoms.
However, if you understand that these conditions are multifactorial and
come on over a long period of time, with patience you can piece together
how the illness came to be.
The symptoms often include a combination of the following:
˙ Extreme fatigue worse from exertion
˙ Lost motivation
˙ Depression and nervous system problems
˙ Anxiety and insomnia
˙ Low immunity and poor healing ability
˙ Digestive problems of all kinds
˙ Aches and pains / arthritic pains that are wandering
˙ Poor memory and concentration
˙ Fever, sore throat, swollen glands
In addition, CFS and Fibromyalgia are sometimes related to injury or
medications or even Epstein Barr or Lyme disease. Candida albicans is a
major factor as is mercury. CFS and Fibromyalgia can only occur in an
acidic body with a stagnated lymphatic system.
Key Points
I look for the following signs, symptoms and conditions:
˙ Candida albicans, through questionnaire or Koenigsburg urine test
˙ Mercury poisoning form dental fillings, through hair analysis
˙ Root canals
˙ Anemia, hypoglycemia, hypothyroid, hypochlorydia
˙ Insufficient sleep and rest
˙ Too busy lifestyle, or sedentary lifestyle
˙ Mental / emotional / spiritual patterns of disease, i.e.: incorrect
thoughts or beliefs
˙ Poor coping skills / negative attitude toward life
˙ Malabsorption and maldigestion
˙ Bowel toxicity, constipation, diarrhea/liver toxicity
˙ Past sexual/emotional/physical abuse leading to poor boundaries
physically, mentally and emotionally
Treatment Goals
My treatment goals include the following:
˙ Clear candida
˙ Identify unhealthy patterns that rob energy and joy
˙ Identify and treat acute conditions, (i.e. MVA / infection)
˙ Treat malabsorption and maldigestion
˙ Replace minerals and vitamins
˙ Heal the gut
˙ Improve lymphatic circulation
˙ Clear the bowel and prevent constipation
Since each person is an individual, all factors must me considered, a
comprehensive physical exam is required and an individualized
comprehensive treatment protocol is required. Some individuals improve
at an astonishing rate and take as little as 2 months to feel 50% better
and 3-6 months to feel 80% better. It depends on you and your ability to
change and adapt. Hope this helps!
