Genetic Disorders
Many people think that genetic disorders cannot be corrected, but often
times they can, at least to a point.
Naturopathic treatment of genetic disorders such as Williams Syndrome
and Icthyosis are often due to roadblocks encountered during gestation
of the fetus in the womb. (Note, Ichthyosis is not a skin condition.)
Sometimes it’s not too late to alter the DNA by clearing up the genetic
material and removing the roadblocks that prevent proper reading of the
DNA or fulfillment of its instructions.
The goal is always to identify the roadblocks, which often have to do
with faulty biochemistry of tissues and absorption of nutrients.
Treatment often involves a combination of therapies including a range of
vitamins and minerals, amino acids, digestive enzymes, homeopathic
drainage, herbs that improve small intestine absorption, and tissue
salts that improve tissue biochemistry.
In many cases it can be done, especially when approached early. So don’t
lose hope. See your Naturopathic Doctor. You may be pleasantly
surprised.
