Digestive Problems
Digestion is the entire process of the body that begins with food
choices and includes mechanical food breakdown, digestion, absorption,
and elimination. Any problem in any of these areas will have an impact
on the body, which in the long run can have serious effects. So today,
folks, I’m going to address a few of the most common digestive problems
that plague people today.
Food choices will determine the amount of energy your body will use and
gain during the digestive process. A diet high in fresh fruit and
vegetables is full of enzymes and easily digestible. People will have
more digestive problems with diets high in meat, fats, starches, and
dairy products because of the amount of energy required to break them
down and eliminate their waste products.
People who chew food poorly or have problems with teeth and dentures
will have difficulty mechanically breaking down their food. Therefore,
it will never breakdown chemically in the stomach and will not be
absorbed. It simply becomes toxic waste in the large intestine (colon)
and poisons the body.
Many people have acid reflux due a hiatus hernia. A hiatus hernia is
when the stomach is pulled up through the diaphragm muscle so that the
valve (cardiac sphincter) is open, allowing gas and acids to rise up
into the esophagus causing pressure on the vagus nerve beside the heart,
which results in heartburn. To fix this, you must pull the stomach down
mechanically and heal the stomach with herbs. Also, hydrochloric acid is
only produced when you are relaxed. If you are stressed while eating,
you will not produce hydrochloric acid and will not digest your food.
Malabsorption occurs from damage to the small intestine preventing
nutrient absorption. To correct this you must heal the entire length of
the small intestine.
Colon problems include IBS, Crohn’s, Colitis, but the most common
problem is constipation. You should be having one bowel movement for
every meal. The outputs must equal the inputs. If they don’t match, you
have an ongoing problem with toxic waste storage, which over a long
period of time will result in arthritis, allergies, candida albicans,
chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, skin problems and more. The colon is the
sewer system of the body. Don’t let it back up! If you have a problem,
fix it quickly. The long-term prognosis for untreated constipations is
colon and possibly liver, breast, and lymphatic cancer.
As you can see, digestive problems are very serious. But don’t worry.
Most things can be fixed with time and daily effort, structure, and
healthy routines. See you next time when we discuss natural cancer
treatment.
