Refund Policy

If for any reason you would like a refund you may request one by sending an e-mail to info@northernontario.org or info@simaltech.com with the information listed below and the reason for the request. 

• The Internet Secure Receipt Number
• The Sales Order Number
• The amount of the purchase
• The Bank Authorization Number
• The date of the transaction
• and the Card Holders name

This can all be found on the receipt that was e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided us and was also displayed for printing after the transaction was completed.

Note: All request for refund must meet with our approval before a refund will be granted.

Note: If your request for refund doesn't contain all the needed information (listed above) we may not be able to grant your refund. Therefore make sure you save your receipt.
